Our company works with sheet metal made of iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and other nonferrous metals, and we also coat and assemble products. We excel at high-mix low-volume production of very small quantities under a unique production management that makes use of IT. We manufacture about 60,000 items covering 10,000 kinds of products. We excel at manufacturing a great variety of high-quality products, and particularly sheet metal products as thin as 0.5 to 6 mm. This is done by bringing together state-of-the-art machines and equipment, such as fiber laser welding robots, with the craftsmanship we have been cultivating for many years. [Product description] Sopak-C is a camera system that continuously records workplace scenes by stop motion photography using network cameras so that a desired past scene can be quickly viewed. A past scene can also be viewed with the present one. This system greatly differs from ordinary cameras because of the following features. Records can be stored for a long period. Captured images can be viewed at high speed. Several optionally selected records can be lined up for simultaneous viewing. Recorded workplace scenes can be named for information sharing. This system improves productivity and quality as a camera for kaizen improvement.
