Our company covers from sheet metal working to coating and assembly with our unique use of IT.
Our company works with sheet metal made of iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and other nonferrous metals, and we also coat and assemble products. We excel at high-mix low-volume production of very small quantities under a unique production management that makes use of IT. We manufacture about 60,000 items covering 10,000 kinds of products. We excel at manufacturing a great variety of high-quality products, and particularly sheet metal products as thin as 0.5 to 6 mm. This is done by bringing together state-of-the-art machines and equipment, such as fiber laser welding robots, with the craftsmanship we have been cultivating for many years. We also use our highly reliable precision machining to manufacture frames and covers for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and power supply boxes for railways.
