Our main business is trial manufacturing of engine components and external components of motorcycles and marine jets made by Yamaha Motor. CAD data from our customers are converted into CAM data for our machining center, and machining jigs, assembling jigs, labor-saving equipment, and other state-of-the-art machines are used for prototyping. To cope with small amounts of a variety of products, complex product shapes, low cost, short lead times, and so forth, we have a full range of state-of-the-art equipment, including 21 machining centers, and carry out integrated processes from material procurement to quality inspection and shipping. In addition, we also take all possible measures to ensure our quality control system.
