[Company strength]
There are many kinds of fluororesin, and incorrect selection may result in a problem because they have different characteristics. Our company draws on our extensive experience and deep knowledge to make satisfactory proposals to customers in terms of both function and cost. This is done after we confirm the method and environment of use of a product.

[Business description]
Our company offers surface treatment services, and we mainly perform in-house fluororesin coating. Our businesses include: (1) fluororesin coating and lining (PTFE, PFA, FEP, and ETFE resins); (2) sandblasting; (3) ceramic coating; and (4) PEEK and PPS coating. Fluororesin coating is used in the field of foods and in a wide range of other fields, including molds and industrial equipment.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We produce crosslinked fluororesin coating with excellent characteristics equivalent to fluororesin coating as well as ultra-high abrasion resistance. Our non-fluororesin coating includes super non-adhesive coating for applications where cellophane tape is difficult to adhere, and PEEK resin coating with excellent hardness and abrasion resistance.

Our basic philosophy is our commitment to quality and the everlasting pursuit of originality. We are always committed to Monozukuri craftsmanship for products with high functionality and quality to innovate technologies with the objective of developing new markets for fluororesin coating. We will continue to actively participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and events to ascertain what kinds of surface modification are now expected and to make appropriate proposals. Our company now possesses two large sintering furnaces, but we are thinking of adding one more within FY2015 for quick turnarounds.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have dedicated staff members who possess high-level technologies, deep knowledge, and a wealth of experience who are in charge of handling external support. We are now cultivating sales channels mainly through exhibitions. We can directly get to know our customer’s product uses and issues, so we can smoothly select raw materials and make proposals. We hold direct meetings with raw material manufacturers or their trading firms to take every possible action if necessary raw materials are not available. We are not considering overseas expansion at present.

Major manufacturers of: ejection molded, hollow, vacuum molded, direct-pressure molded, and extrusion molded products, such as general food containers and liquid containers; various resins, functional materials, fine chemicals, and so on; coating and chemical processing machines; manufacturing machines for chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, automatic packaging machines, and so on; chemical, functional resin, and foamed resin products, and so on; and pharmaceuticals for medical use and general use.
