[Company strength]
We handle parts machining and cutting for all materials and shapes, for example, cylindrical shapes (up to diameter 300) or rectangular solids (up to 1,000700). Our particular area of expertise is machining hard-to-cut materials such as tungsten and molybdenum that are used for electrodes of heavy-duty electric parts. We have provided high-efficiency machining of 3-dimensional shaped parts for the past twenty years through the introduction of high-speed machining technology. We flexibly respond to requests for the design and assembly of special tools or mechanical components, for which we are highly appreciated by customers. We are fully equipped with general-purpose machine tools for small-volume orders and quick delivery. In addition, we can offer integrated support covering all processes from parts fabrication to unit assembly in cooperation with our partner factories.

Our services include machining and cutting by lathe or milling cutter. We mainly handle metal cutting and our particular area of expertise is machining of electrode materials such as tungsten, molybdenum and copper. We offer integrated support covering material procurement, surface treatment, heat treatment, sheet metal working, and unit assembly in cooperation with our partner factories. We can also provide support in mechanical design.

[Strength of products/technologies]
High-voltage breakers and switches are required to have not only high dimensional accuracy but also excellent appearance by hand finishing. Therefore, our electrode parts for these components are highly regarded by our customers. We also provide machining of compensation filters used in heavy-particle radiation for cancer treatment, each of which has a different complex shape and is required to be delivered correctly with a short lead time. We meet these requirements through strict quality management. We have also established a comprehensive system for responding to customer needs for high quality, low price and fast delivery.

[Representative's message]
In our early days, we engaged in the fabrication of small precision parts for well pumps, and fuses and cannon primers for whaling guns under the policy of quality-oriented “Monozukuri” craftsmanship. Based on these core technologies, we have been actively proposing new materials for enhanced function and quality and developing machining technologies for parts fabrication and unit assembly of electronic component production equipment and the machining of large-sized contact members for heavy-duty electric use. We currently provide our products to the medical field by applying our machining technologies, such as the machining of rare metals and composite materials, three-dimensional working technologies, and quality control skills, to the design and fabrication of heavy-particle radiation filters. We intend to apply these technologies to a wide variety of manufacturing industries to support product development in each industrial field.

New customers and inquiries from major companies are handled by our sales staff who are technical experts. When necessary, a member of the sales staff will visit the customer to discuss specific needs, confirm latent needs or purposes, and examine solutions.
