Radiation-type air-conditioning device for health, comfort and energy-saving

The “Ecowin” radiation-type air-conditioning device, which is our main product, improves health, comfort and energy-saving, and cools and heats without wind or sound. Ecowin is able to suppress peak energy consumption thanks to its energy-saving operation compared with general air-conditioners. Ecowin achieves an energy-saving of 90% in large spaces compared with conventional air-conditioners, and was selected for the “Energy-saving Grand Prix in 2014”. Ecowin is superior in both initial cost and running cost, and thus can be easily introduced and help improve management by saving energy.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our “Ecowin” radiation-type air-conditioning device improves health, comfort and energy-saving, and cools and heats without wind or sound, thanks to our original radiation-type cooling and heating technology, thus contributing to people’s health. In addition, Ecowin suppresses energy consumption in operation compared with general air-conditioners (30% or more, and energy-saving of up to 90% in a large space, compared with conventional air-conditioners), and thus can reduce the load in the supply and demand of electric energy, helping to reduce the load on the electricity supply network.

We originally developed the Ecowin hybrid thermo system, which is a healthy and comfortable cooling and heating system for improving the global environment and living environment, in order to overcome problems common to all humankind such as global warming caused by the consumption of fossil-derived energy. We contribute through such business and work hard with high hopes for the global environment. We have a responsibility to protect our rich global environment, passing it on from previous to future generations. We will spread the Ecowin hybrid thermo system which is an energy-saving technology that Japan is proud of, both in and outside of the country, thereby helping to create a global low-carbon society. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We develop sales channels in Japan through many affiliated builders and facility distributors throughout the country. Overseas, meanwhile, we established a joint venture “Ecowin Air-conditioning Co., Ltd.” in China (China 70% : our company 30%) with a local company, thereby taking the first step toward spreading Ecowin in China. In 2012 we completed a base plant for manufacturing, sales and production. We established a base for marketing (with the investment of four companies) in September 2012, as a joint venture in Hong Kong, and currently are expanding into Southeast Asia and the ASEAN region, thereby helping to alleviate global energy problems.

We manufacture and sell mainly jigs, machine parts and molds for industrial rubber for automobile parts such as bearing seals and engine gaskets. Our domestic customers include Uchiyama Manufacturing, Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Sumitec, Maruwa Kikai and Izumi Seiki. Our lathe-processed products are mainly small and medium parts with a diameter of less than 200 mm and our machine-processed products are less 600 mm square. We make every effort to meet the needs of our customers, including for heat treatment and surface treatment, thereby expanding our business. Orders for polishing and wire processing are handled by our affiliated companies under our management.
