Our company evaluates metal and non-metal materials by testing. We do everything from test material cutting, thermal treatment, and specimen processing to test evaluation under an integrated system. Our selling points are high quality, short lead time, and low cost. We can maximize the use of materials deposited by customers with EDM processing from 0.1 to 0.3 mm in wire diameter. The accuracy of fracture specimen processing affects the test result, so we have improved peripheral surface finishing accuracy by using a precision cylindrical grinder. We also contribute to the fabrication of aircraft related specimens by using our specimen processing technology with low residual stress near the specimen surface.
