We offer high-precision machining of non-ferrous metal and resin parts, and propose and implement manufacturing methods.

We propose and implement manufacturing methods for precision parts and prototype parts based on the precision machining technologies we have accumulated in the optics and measuring instrument fields. We can make prototypes from plastics and metals, from the size of a grain of rice to about 300 × 420 mm. All the processes are conducted in-house, so we supply high-precision, high-quality products in a stable manner. Burrs can be a major problem in micromachining, and we have pursued a workaround. We can make use of our original know-how to remove the remaining extremely small burrs. All our employees are skilled workers. Our multi-skilled labor force allows us to flexibly deliver in a short time.

[Company strength]
We have been refining our machining technology in the optics and measuring instrument fields where high accuracy in the shape and dimensions are severely required. Our accumulation of technology since our establishment in 1970 laid the foundations for the precision parts manufacturing we provide today. Advanced machining technology is a critical factor in prototype parts manufacturing that supports the front line of Monozukuri craftsmanship. We will continue to evolve as a group of multi-skilled workers. We will always aim for optimization in the fields of precision parts machining of non-ferrous metals and resins, micromachining, and die technology.

We propose and practice a better manufacturing method for high-precision parts, including prototype parts. Our micromachining is particularly highly valued by our customers. We conduct die design, die manufacturing, and molding in-house, and deliver the finished moldings ourselves, in response to customers who want to conduct a final review with finished prototype moldings.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We manufacture prototype parts from a wide variety of materials, including both plastics and metals, in any sizes from the size of a grain of rice to about 300 × 420 mm, according to customer needs. Our machining includes 5-axis machining, and our plastic molding covers from die design to actual molding. All the processes are conducted in-house, so we can stabilize quality and precision, while flexibly responding to any needs that the customer may have.
