[Company strength]
Our strength lies in our integrated production system that covers all processes from individual parts and unit assembly to finished devices. Another characteristic of our company is that we have a baking finishing department within the company, in addition to our machining department. We have formed partnerships with other manufacturers to bring comprehensiveness and flexibility to our operations. This is how we can provide one-stop manufacturing solutions and high-mix low-volume production to our customers. We currently do business with 7 major companies and over 30 small and medium-sized companies who highly value our proposals based on our know-how and technology. Our employees are relatively young on average, and all are employed as regular employees. These conditions will ensure skill and technology transfer for years to come.

Our company is a consignment manufacturer. We handle parts machining for physical/chemical analyzers, measuring instruments, and control devices, up to consignment production of whole finished units or finished system products. We have supported leading companies in these fields both in Japan and abroad for 50 years since our establishment. Our corporate philosophy is to dedicate ourselves to our specialty as a Monozukuri craftsmanship professional. We strive to be a good technology-oriented entity in society, and to contribute to industrial development by utilizing our technology to the fullest.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our technological strength lies in our ultra-precision machining and baking finishing technologies. We satisfy the severe precision and performance requirements imposed on physical/chemical analyzers, measurement devices, and control devices. Our ultra-precision machining normally realizes precision at the sub-micron level (1/100 mm), or micron-level (1/1000 mm) processing for the core units in these devices. Our unit assembly techniques comprising post-processing for machined parts are also highly evaluated. We have realized high surface quality in our baking finishing. It can be applied to items in various sizes, from small parts to large housings (approximately 2500 × 3000 × 3000).

It is now more than half a century since our establishment. We believe that it is time for our company to take a great leap forward as a group of Monozukuri craftsmanship professionals. We intend to acquire major corporate customers. This will be done to offer the technologies and know-how we have gained from our production of various analyzers, electronic and optical instruments, and medical devices to society at large. We hope you will count on our ultra-precision machining and baking finishing technologies and our ability to make technological proposals.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have 4 sales engineers with good technical knowledge for acquiring major corporate customers in our sales operations. Our production and quality are audited once a year following ISO and other standards, and green procurement standards, such as RoHS and Reach (once a year). Overseas expansion will be our next step. We intend to prepare operations gradually in order to take a leap forward at the right time.

Our company is a consignment manufacturer, so we do not have exact figures such as how great a share the final products have or what our industry ranking may be. We assume that our products (parts and units) are embedded in more than 80% of the physical/chemical, analytical, measurement, and medical devices manufactured by our customers in Japan.
