[Company strength]
We are an expert at fusion-cutting (thicknesses of up to 500 mm) and cutting. In addition, we have over 27 years of laser cutting experience and know-how. We also conduct maintenance and remodeling of machines in our own factory. We improve customers’ machines to surpass the rated performance and thus satisfy their needs. We started afresh as a group company of Komoshita Youdan Co., Ltd. in Kaizuka city, Osaka prefecture, in June 2014. We strengthened our structure in areas such as purchasing, developing new customers, and technical development.

[Business description]
We cut iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, bronze, special metals, composite materials, wood, resin, and various other materials, using precision gas fusion-cutting, plasma cutting, marking, and multi-process cutting of thick steel plates, and laser cutting of thin steel plates. The applications include railway cars, cans, machine tools, industrial machines, building materials, signboards, and interior members. Very thick steel plates (up to 1000 T) are cut by one of our group companies. We have over 27 years of laser cutting experience; we excel at fine precision cutting with laser cutters with our accumulated experience and know-how. For jobs involving materials other than rare earth metals and metals, difficult shapes, or requiring strict dimensional tolerances or production of prototypes under such conditions, please feel free to contact us.

[Strength of products/technologies]
In precision cutting, we can laser-cut sheet as thin as 0.1 mm, using the most advanced laser cutters. 60% of orders come from the Itami Factory of Mitsubishi Electric Corp. We have our own laser processing know-how. We rewrite the programs pre-installed in laser cutters and reprogram them to satisfy customers’ specific demands. We actively accept cutting orders that are often rejected by competing companies in the same industry, and always take on technical challenges.

We have accumulated technological know-how for 70 years since our foundation, introduced precision gas cutters and laser cutters ahead of competitors, and always endeavor to innovate technologies. We use gas, plasma and laser cutters to satisfy customers’ requests to cut various materials including very thick steel plates and very thin steel plates of complicated shapes, metals (iron, stainless steel, etc.), non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, titanium, etc.), ceramics, plastics, rubber, paper, wood, and cloth. We directly supply to Mitsubishi Electric Corp., with which we have done business for over 50 years. Products include engine parts of various cars and switch parts, both in (N700 series, etc.) and outside of Japan.
