[Company strength]
We now operate 22 sets of die cast machines with sizes from 125-ton to 1,250-ton. We can support needs from small to large sizes. We also deal with multiple materials such as brass and zinc, with a focus on aluminum. We have recently been accumulating experience in handling materials that comply with environmental regulations. We have introduced CNC three-dimensional measuring equipment and improved our inspection system for large-scale parts that require high precision. We have established a quality control system based on ISO 9001 and promote continuous improvement in order to satisfy the ever-growing, ever-diversifying quality requirements of our recent customers.

We manufacture die cast products made of materials including brass, aluminum alloy, and zinc. These include electric parts, electric power parts, construction hardware, metal fittings for water supply and drainage, decorative metal fittings, automobile parts, and gas appliance parts.

We possess know-how regarding die casting for brass material, which is extremely rare even among die cast manufacturers in Japan. We can provide appearance products that require coating and plating. We have prepared every kind of inspection equipment, including pressure check equipment.

We are a manufacturer of brass die-cast products founded in 1959. We are one of the few companies in Japan to specialize in this field. We were able to celebrate our 55th anniversary in August 2014, thanks to the continued patronage of customers who love our company. We quickly and reliably respond to various customer needs by making full use of the technology power we have been accumulating for years. Our corporate philosophy is to establish our own brand, which will require strict efforts towards technology innovation and product development for creating our company’s second-to-none products. We hope to make every effort to satisfy customers with our corporate brand.
