DLC coated film forming is a new surface treatment technology in new fields
DLC coating is similar to diamond, and characteristics such that the film-formed surface is very hard and slippery. We use our unique large-capacity chamber for DLC coating, and thus can form films on large-size parts, which leads to expectation of cost merit. In addition, we can form films by low-temperature plasma treatment technology in such a manner as to reduce thermal effect on work. We established a system for receiving overall support of Industrial Technology Institute of Nagasaki Prefecture, and present data reliable academically and technologically in a speedy manner.
