[Company strength]
We have been engaged in the machining of prototype development parts over the years and, therefore, welcome challenging demands. This is none other than our corporate culture. Our corporate culture leads to our abundant machining know-how. We have been highly regarded for the machining of relatively specialty products (with respect to low cost, short turnaround time, beauty in finishing, etc.) from customers, albeit with less superior equipment. We, as a member company of Kyoto Shisaku since its foundation, can flexibly respond to demands requiring machining skills other than those we can offer. We have been recognized as a prototype development partner.

[Business description]
Metal part cutting by machining centers. We deal with cutting of jigs and parts upon request of prototype part cutting from development departments of machinery-related manufacturers and upon request from research institutes such as universities. We are particularly proficient at cutting materials of complex shape or special materials. We cut parts from completed drawings or data in many cases; we are sometimes asked to consider parts with confidence in our know-how in a part planning phase. We have been highly regarded for our prompt response to customer needs and are said to be a "reliable partner for prototype development”. Machining dimensions depend on shapes while an index of the dimension is 500 mm2 and 200 mm or less high. We excel in palm-sized parts.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We are able to technically and promptly respond to the demands of developers and have lived up to our customers' expectations for a long time. Here are some examples of our superior technology. A company having equipment equivalent to ours once consulted us about a case that was difficult for them to handle in-house. A company introduced a customer to us because the customer requirements were difficult for the company to respond to in-house. We originally handled the manufacturing of parts for resin molding dies. Dies in this field require manufacturing skills far higher than for other fields. The experience we had in the course of responding to the needs of dies made a contribution to the technology improvement and the accumulation of know-how. We have also been highly regarded for prompt responses to quotes and in various exchanges and dialogues from launch to completion.

We are determined to continue developing customer's reputation for the technology and design ideas for precision machining/cutting. We aim to participate in new markets and to find an opportunity to deal with customers having no connection to us yet. We are primarily looking towards the medical, healthcare, and welfare related fields as new markets. We are mainly looking at people/companies engaged in research and prototype development as new customers. We are in the process of cultivating the accumulation of information and networking while making use of seminars and exhibitions. We aim to pursue a strategy of overseas advancement using websites and networking power while dealing with business in Japan, for overseas expansion.

We have a proven track record of supplying prototype parts for product development to major automotive part manufacturers (direct transaction), and a proven track record of manufacturing prototype products to a major tool manufacturer (direct transaction). We also have a track record of manufacturing and mass-production of prototype development of military-related core parts (indirect transaction), and a proven track record of design and manufacturing of equipment for research of resin development manufacturers (direct transaction).
