We offer hard chrome plating and electroless nickel plating

Our company was established in 1958. We mainly provide hard chrome plating and other metal surface treatment in general, including electroless nickel plating, anodizing treatment, cylindrical grinding, mirror polishing, and buffing. We have also introduced one of Japan’s largest hard chrome plating tanks (D3,000 × H10,000) to apply hard chrome plating to ultra-large rolls, shafts, screws, and other large items. We have actively dealt with difficult products that most companies would rather avoid, such as irregularly shaped dies, various high-precision rolls, and ultra-large screws. We also applied hard chrome plating to aluminum or carbon fiber rolls with 0.1 s mirror finishing.

Our strength is that we have created an environment, framework, and organization for hard chrome plating featuring integrated in-house grinding, polishing, and plating to demonstrate our technology. We are capable of providing consultations to customers on various technology issues such as requests that involves complex processing. We also consult on quality issues such as follow-up services including repairs and re-plating on easily wearable parts and dies, delivery, and cost aspects.
