[Business description]
Our company designs, manufactures, and sells the MYSPOT table spot welder and related products. We are a technical specialist that solves various customer issues regarding spot welding for both productivity enhancement and cost reduction. We have provided more than 2,200 units in total to 25 countries worldwide in our 38-year history. Our new table spot welder product equipped with high-speed welding technology is highly appreciated as a groundbreaking product that revitalizes production sites in the global precision metal sheet industry.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our high-speed welding technology can raise the interface temperature to 1,530 ºC within a time as short as 0.01 seconds. The instantaneous heating finishes melting between materials before heat is conducted to the surface of the material to be welded. This technology minimizes burns and strains on material surfaces and reduces the burden of eliminating burns after spot welding. This technology also solves the issue of sheet separation (creasing or twisting) in welding thin sheets (t 0.5 to 1.0). The material weight and cost can both be reduced at the same time.

We aim to be a small-sized large company. This is based on our belief that we can do more valuable jobs than large companies because our company is small. Working on the global stage will not be a dream if we make the most of the world’s infrastructure while putting our heads together to do worthwhile jobs. We will continue to transmit our spot welding technology from Sagamihara to the world.
