Our company is committed to a low-cost, efficient production system by devising unique production equipment and jigs. We offer total product development support for customers by making use of the technologies we have been accumulating for many years. Our motto is "Give shape to the customer’s dream." We cover everything from product design, modeling, and material selection to mold creation and even mass production to meet customer requirements. We devise unique production equipment and jigs to maintain high quality and stabilize mass production while meeting customer needs in processes from product development to mass production. We are able to successfully reduce the final cost and win customer trust by improving production efficiency while suppressing the initial cost.

[Business description]
We are making use of the technical power we have accumulated for many years to provide high-quality products that meet customer requirements for resin molding but can still be mass-produced. We receive orders for manufacturing food and beverage container caps in the field of foods. We also receive orders for half-assembly as well as part manufacturing and sales in the field of home electronics appliances. We manufacture and sell various resin parts for office furniture and bicycle helmets for schoolchildren and students as in-house products. We manufacture and sell resin rollers for long-distance transport belt conveyors as industrial equipment.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We produce inner plugs and caps for food and beverage containers in the field of foods. This is done with care for the production environment. We even use cleanrooms for production and assembly as required. We make some caps for foods that require bending after molding, like hinged caps. We thoroughly process such products from molding to setting by devising unique equipment. We perform 100% inspection for products requiring high quality. This is done with unique inspection machines using cameras to satisfy customers with thorough product safety and security.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are now consigning the production of bicycle helmet assemblies mainly to China. However, we do not have a dedicated in-house system for overseas expansion. Our design and purchasing divisions are conducting activities as required. This is based on the idea that some of our cooperating companies will be outside Japan. We will proactively consider overseas expansion according to requests from customers.
