We manufacture precision sheet metal products such as housings directly from electronic data.
Our main strength lies in manufacturing precision sheet metal products such as power boxes and manufacturing and selling deburring machines that we develop. We possess an integrated production line for precision sheet metal working, which covers design, processing, welding, surface treatment, and assembly. We manufacture indoor and water-resistant outdoor housings and their parts including aluminum and copper band parts. We cover all processes including wiring, assembly, inspection, surface treatment, quality assurance, and logistics. We also develop, manufacture, and sell deburring machines used to remove post-processing punching burrs and laser dross. We take pride in our speedy production, which involves manufacturing directly from CAD data based on our design for sheet metal products as well as 3D data.

[Company strength] Our strength lies in our speedy production method. This enables us to manufacture directly from CAD data based on our design for sheet metal products as well as 3D data provided by our customers. We adopt JIT (just in time) production with our own unique production system (introduced in 2004). This allows us to receive orders for various types of products in small quantities, from large housings to small sheet metal parts. The materials used include iron, galvanized steel sheets, coated steel sheets, stainless sheets, aluminum, brass, and copper. We also take pride in our various state-of-the-art machines (which we have been proactively purchasing since 2009). These include a combined system machine with a punching laser and a robot bending system machine. These have drastically reduced the manufacturing time, which leads to lower costs. We excel at welding with minimum deformation with our fiber laser fusion cutter, fiber laser welding machine, and YAG welding machine. [Business description] We manufacture and sell precision sheet metal working products. We have an integrated production line for precision sheet metal working including design, processing, welding, surface treatment, and assembly. We also make and sell deburring machines. We manufacture indoor and water-resistant outdoor housings and related parts (including aluminum and copper band parts) that cater to our customers’ needs. [Industry] Precision sheet metal working [Strength of products/technologies] Our welding techniques cover a wide range. We support thin-walled tanks with TIG welding, thick-walled tanks with CO2 welding, and precision products with minimum distortion with YAG laser and fiber laser welding. We also provide welding requiring high technology, such as aluminum and ZAM materials. Our excellent welding technology using ZAM material has enabled non-coating housing production, which allows us to offer our customers significant cost reductions. We also make sheet metal parts for EV battery chargers for installation in storefronts and the like. A sophisticated appearance is required for these products, so we manufacture them with our bending machine that allows flexible bending to a degree of the customer’s choice without requiring molds. Our deburring is unrivalled by our competitors, thanks to our patented Burrtol deburring machine and Yama-Arashi deburring brush. We have focused on sheet metal products used in the fields of power and new energy, and we will try to expand our business to new areas such as disaster prevention.
