[Company strength]
We have an integrated system to satisfy the specifications defined in the drawings, covering from material procurement (also overseas), to processing, thermal treatment (subcontractor), and quality assurance. We offer lathing in sizes from diameter 20 mm up to diameter 1,200 mm and MC processing up to 1,600 × 820 × H720. We accomplish both cost reduction and high quality by making use of our half-century of experience, the networks we have gained, and our knowledge of selecting efficient processing conditions.

We manufacture processed metal products using NC lathes, machining centers, and gear hobbing machines. We contribute to our customers’ total cost reduction with our half-century of experience in metal processing and extensive network.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We possess a wide variety of mechanical processing equipment for different purposes, including NC lathes, machining centers, grinding machines, wire EDM, and so on. We satisfy demands for processing and manufacturing all kinds of industrial machines and devices from automotive parts to parts for rockets and nuclear power related products. We take on the challenge of fields including precision parts processing and machining for difficult-to-process materials requiring very special technology. These include parts resistant to high pressure (e.g., hydraulic pressure), and titanium and gear cutting.

We began direct imports of materials from Asian countries (Korea, China, Thailand, etc.) 15 years ago and have local staff employees overseas. We started operations in our factory in Thailand in 2008. We aim to expand our business by enhancing our technical strength to beat the prices offered by Chinese and Korean manufacturers under our slogan of “evolving every day.”

We have sales bases in our headquarters, Kobe, and Himeji where we can accept inquiries from customers. We import materials from China, Korea, and Thailand and provide our services to Japanese and UK manufacturers. Staff members with knowledge of the field will be assigned to each project.
