Manufacture of crushers and recycling equipment for changing garbage to resources
We manufacture all-purpose uniaxial crushers in which original electric control is adopted, tyre crushers, rubbing machines for moso bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens), trimmed branches etc. (product name: Rub Machine), etc. The uniaxial crusher can crush hard material and soft plastics at the same time, and can crush difficult-to-crush materials without biting the material. The rubbing machine has an open air structure after rubbing. We have in-house technical staff in the Design and Manufacturing Department who develop commodities using our own techniques. We sell our products through agencies. We would like to help developing countries understand that garbage is a resource, and would like to contribute to overseas development by our recycling equipment.

Our General Affairs Section serves as a window for developing new products and technical inquiries from customers, and our technical staff carries out practical business related to these matters. Flexible containers can be crushed by power from 5.5 kw by this mechanism. [Business description] We manufacture the following product groups and take sales through agencies. 1. All-purpose uniaxial crushers mainly for crushing and reducing plastics, film sheets, etc. 2. Tyre crushers 3. Rubbing machines for moso bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens), trimmed branches etc. (Product name: Rub Machine) 4. Air equipment: Pressure testers and high-pressure washers for containers 5. Oil hydraulic equipment: Crushers and high-pressure washers for concrete structures [Industry] Manufacture of machines [Strength of products/technologies] Our original electric control is applied to all-purpose uniaxial crushers, tyre crushers and rubbing machines. (1) Only one uniaxial crusher can crush hard materials and soft plastics at the same time, and can particularly crush materials which cannot be crushed by traditional crushers, such as fiber products including threads and fishing nets, flexible containers and film sheets, smoothly without biting. (2) The rubbing machine has a structure for opening biomass material based on trees and plants such as moso bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescen)/pruned branches to air all at once by extremely strong power after rubbing. Processed material is crushed to an average particle size of 50, and the lignin layer is exposed, and therefore microbial decomposition progresses quickly. [Representative's message] Uniaxial crusher: Recycling of waste plastic and making small pieces of wood into biomass fuel have been promoted and have attracted people’s attention recently in Japan. Garbage is not, however, separated and is buried/burnt in developing countries in Asia etc. I would like to make companies in developing countries recognize that garbage is a resource, and would like to thereby contribute to overseas development with the use of recycling equipment.
