[Company Strengths]
Our company has a basic structure for continuing to supply castings in the years to come. Our site is located in an exclusive industrial zone, and we have maintained smooth relationships with our neighbors. We possess two highly productive green sand molding lines: vertical split and horizontal split. This allows us to select an optimal production line for mass production. We have reduced lead time before mass production by creating runner methods in-house, while conducting rapid prototyping casting that is useful in the design and development phase. Our ISO 9001 and ISO 1400 compliance activities enable us to retain quality record submission capabilities and response capabilities in the event of failure. Our stock of equipment includes units for heat treatment and machining, and we can satisfy the required deadlines through all processes. 

[Business Description] 
We are a manufacturer and distributor of high-toughness cast iron materials for machine parts. Our company manufactures two types of castings: ductile cast iron (FCD) and plain cast iron (FC). We apply heat treatment and machining, and then supply the products to customers in the Kanto region and westward. We have a die maintenance department that helps us start transfer production using an existing die brought by the customer. We handle repetitive mass production with quality assurance. We also manufacture castings through rapid prototyping where a sand mold is laminate-shaped based on CAD data, without using a wooden or metal mold. This service is used for the production of previously inspected products in the design and development phase, as well as for small-lot limited production.

This experience allows us to handle specific requirements for these individual uses.

Our company continues to offer stable supply capabilities regarding high-toughness cast iron molding materials. Please use our service in resolving your concerns about small casting procurement, as well as the complexities of post-processing management. We will not limit ourselves to past use cases. We want to expand our markets, and enter new genres. We also hope to work directly with manufacturers of finished products (own-brand products) as much as possible. We do more than supply only repetitive items. We can help realize design requests even from the development phase, while proposing ideas on simple manufacturing methods.
