Our company manufactures and sells metalworking parts for various industries. We have an integrated production system based on a broad range of unique technologies for the arrangement and assembly of metalworking parts that meet customer requests.
User industries: General-purpose engines, motorbikes, automobiles, OA equipment, industrial equipment, agricultural machines, housing, equipment and machinery, civil engineering and architecture, etc.
Unique technologies: Precision press sheet metal working, wire spring processing, multi-forming, machining, laser processing, welding, riveting, assembly. Press mold design and manufacturing, jig design and manufacturing, production equipment development, automation and labor-saving equipment design and manufacturing, production software development, etc.

Our full employee education has all of our staff acquire scientific techniques and practical power. We developed our own system to evaluate human motion and transition points by item number and we are now ready to efficiently and effectively take action. Our company is continuing to evolve through this action.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company has dedicated staff for sales, delivery date management, and other roles. We have also established a support system to satisfy major companies. An engineering team is positioned in the sales department to enrich technical support, such as VA and VE proposals, and to reduce the lead time until a production restart. We manage quality inspection records and part lot numbers at the production stage under our in-house production management system for traceability and delivery date management to ensure secure transactions. Sanyo (Tianjin) Machinery Co., Ltd. handles production in China.
