[Company strength]
We developed Zinchat by means of continuous R&D for our original alloy. We have strong product development power and technical power. The EU enacted the RoHS directive (restriction on the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment) regarding the use of metal materials in 2006. This directive limited the use of lead, which had been the main raw material for conventional products, so we continuously researched an alternative material. We successfully developed our original alloy after 5 years of research. We further improved and applied this original alloy and developed our Zinchat product. This is the epitome of the technologies and experience that we have cultivated so far.

Our company plans, develops, manufactures, and sells anti-corrosion and anti-rusting products as well as building fasteners. We are now focused on manufacturing and selling Zinchat anti-corrosion protective caps and AS PLUG BOLT post-installed concrete anchors. These are our original brand products. Our corporate concept is that our company will continue to evolve anti-corrosion technologies and propose unique products so as to be an imagination-oriented proposal-type company. Under the theme of "Safety revolution by ionic power," we will contribute to the safety and security of various industries throughout the world.

Manufacturing and sales

[Strength of products/technologies]
Zinchat is a full anti-corrosion type protective cap devised by applying the excellent protective functions of high-quality zinc. Condensation or acid rain causes rusting and corrosion at anchor bolts and nut-bolt joints, and conventional anti-rusting methods are not satisfactory enough. Zinchat is attached to a joint for electric anti-corrosion (sacrificial anti-corrosion), sheathing anti-corrosion, and inhibitor effects that more effectively block the rusting of nuts and bolts. These excellent anti-corrosion functions are long-lasting, and its earthquake-resistance performance is also retained.

[Representative's message]
We will disseminate our unique anti-corrosion technology to meet needs in each field and continue to seek potential applications of Zinchat. We will continue product development to cover a wide range of fields from expressway sound-insulating walls, bridges, and solar panels to tunnels. We will also support fields that are closer to us, such as agricultural machines and implements, and water heaters.  We are also thinking of advancing into Europe and other overseas markets leading in rust research by adding further originality to anti-corrosion zinc. We will contribute to making a safe and comfortable society in Japan and abroad with the technologies and experience we have accumulated so far.

Our company has a production system ready for quick deliveries to major corporate customers at any time. We now have our own production factory, and also the factories of three cooperative casting companies, four cooperative machining companies, and two cooperative coating factories in Japan. We are also considering an overseas production system for future mass production.

[Main Clients / Business History (domestic)]
We sell our products nationwide with Sanko Techno Co., Ltd., Kobayashi Metals Limited, and Kondotec Inc. as our agencies for major companies. We provide a new version of Zinchat for use on roads managed by NEXCO East Japan. Zinchat is also used for the installation of solar panels and to make schools and other facilities resistant against earthquakes. It is also sold to home improvement centers.
