We apply milling to deal with ultrafine profile irregularity and micromachining.
Our company was established in 1973 as a plastic molding die manufacturer. We have realized excellent profile irregularity, end milling of less than 0.1 mm, machining of difficult-to-machine materials (e.g., Elmax and Inconel), and micromachining of cemented carbide. This has resulted in a good track record in these fields. We won the Bronze Prize in the die/fabrication category of the 9th Dream Machining Contest, which was held by DMG Mori Seiki.
[Product description] We realize profile irregularity less than 0.1 µm in the milling process by using machining centers. This method realizes machining irregular curved surfaces, which is impossible with ordinary machining practices. This method also allows us to meet requests from our customers in need of nano-level profile irregularity to prepare a base for mirror finishing.
[Product description] We realize high machining precision for high-grade hardened steels and cemented carbide. This is done by direct carving with a ball-end mill, which is impossible with EDM processing. This method also produces a high-quality surface finish with nano-level profile irregularity. Test machining is underway to offer a trial whenever a request is received.
[Product description] We use superfine diameter end mills for micro grooving. They have proven to be effective in square grooving of material with SKD 11, HRC 58° (W 0.21 mm × D 0.105 mm). We can provide a wide variety of micro-milling, depending on the shape and the selected steel material.
