[Company strength]
Our company has established an integrated production system that covers from material procurement to planning and design, die design, manufacturing, finishing and processing, sterilization, and inventory control. This allows us to maintain high quality and productivity. Our plants are equipped with automated production lines that eliminate dust, germs, and human input. This is done to meet the high sterilization requirements applied to pharmaceutical products and cosmetics containers, and the precision industrial parts manufactured in these plants. Our reliable, high-quality products are highly evaluated in a wide range of industries.

We manufacture (planning and design, die design, injection molding, blow molding, stretch blow molding) and sell plastic drug containers, cosmetics containers, industrial machine parts, medical equipment, and liquid containers. The finished products are sent to many places in Japan through our own logistics arrangements.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company was the first in Japan to develop plastic eyewash containers. We can apply this unique product development capability and the know-how we have accumulated in our wealth of experience to offer various possible solutions to solve our customers’ problems. Our extensive product lineup offers a great deal of variation in terms of volume, size, material, and uses to meet various needs.

We have been actively attending exhibitions and business meetings since last year in order to acquire new customers. We do not have overseas customers at present, but we will respond positively if we receive any inquiries. We will continue to enhance our skills so that we will earn customer trust as a reliable plastic molding manufacturer.

Our sales department functions as a point of contact for inquires, and product planning or product development staff may respond whenever necessary. We can make proposals for customers who want to make an original product. This is done under the theme of “whatever it may be, we can give it a shape,” and continues until the customer is satisfied.
