[Company strength]
Our main products are car safety parts, which are subject to higher precision and quality requirements than other metal press working parts. We have been accumulating experience and mold making technologies for over 30 years by working on high-tensile steel plates, which is a difficult-to-process material. We introduced servo press machines in 2003, which was much earlier than the competition. We have made use of servo motion technology based on the characteristics of each servo machine manufacturer to mass-produce complex, irregularly shaped products with reliable quality. 

[Business description]
Our company manufactures car safety parts (such as metal fittings for seat belts, and airbags) under an integrated production system from press mold design and manufacturing to press working and assembly. We mass-produce high-quality products by making the most of the know-how we have accumulated in over 60 years of operation. We integrate servo presses into the manufacturing process, combining them with progressive molds created through cutting-edge technologies and the latest equipment to obtain customer satisfaction.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company possesses press working technology that enables us to use servo press machines to manufacture high-quality, complex irregularly shaped parts from high-tensile steel plates or other difficult-to-process materials. We have also realized mass production of difficult-to-process, ultra-high-tensile steel plate products (980 MPa class). This technology allows us to provide high-quality products in other fields in addition to automobiles.

[Representative's message]
Globalization is becoming more critical to companies as domestic Japanese demand dwindles. We need to expand to other countries without being satisfied with just our existing subsidiary in Thailand. This is why we plan to develop sales channels by applying our accumulated technologies to other fields. We will actively participate in domestic Japanese and overseas exhibitions and business matching events, so that we can further pursue various business opportunities. I think we are entering a period in which revolution and innovations are necessary in whatever we do.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We reviewed our organizational structure and established a new development department. This department will not restrict itself to new customer acquisition (including major companies) or existing products. It will also focus on developing new products, and conduct sales activities targeting both Japanese and overseas companies. We are actively hiring foreign nationals as part of our globalization efforts in the head office and Thailand office. Our goal is to build closer relationships with overseas companies, and to sufficiently deal with both overseas demand and domestic Japanese demand.

We have not engaged in industry-university-government collaboration, but discussions are underway with our competitors about the possibility of setting up a joint venture.
