We have constructed an integrated system for receiving orders, which covers from electronic substrate trial manufacturing to mass production. This makes use of the technological power we have accumulated in trial manufacturing and quick manufacturing, and our customer network including more than a thousand companies. Our management system can provide high-mix low-volume prototype manufacturing in a short delivery time. Flexible printed circuit boards can usually be delivered in a single day at the earliest. We have about 30 years of experience in manufacturing substrate inspection equipment. We mainly focus on final appearance inspection equipment and energization inspection equipment, and we supply production management systems including various kinds of marking equipment and peripheral equipment. In our capacity as a substrate manufacturer we are also developing a substrate inspection device which is easy to use from the user’s viewpoint.

[Product description] We carry out trial manufacturing and development of flexible printed circuit boards (FPCs) in our company’s electronic substrate business. New products are constantly being developed in the fields of smartphones, digital cameras, liquid crystal televisions, and car navigation equipment. In these fields it is indispensable to make prototypes before entering into mass production. Product improvements occur repeatedly in the process of trial manufacturing. This is why it is also necessary to quickly repeat a strict cycle of trial manufacturing and development of the FPCs that convey the electric signals. We take advantage of our integrated production system, which is one of only a few in Japan, and our power in technology and design as well as the know-how we have accumulated so far. We hope to continue to respond to requests from major digital equipment manufacturers as a quick delivery prototype manufacturer. We now also support parts mounting and mass production. We have established a flexible production system so we can respond to customer needs.
