[Company strength]
We particularly excel at manufacturing parts such as high-precision die parts with dimensional accuracy of 5 μm or less, and finely shaped articles such as micro edges and micro-diameter rods. We are highly evaluated for our accuracy assurance with single articles and small-lot products and delivery time assurance with our strict work progress management. We offer die parts and equipment parts necessary for R&D by medical equipment manufacturers and medical supplies manufacturers. Recently we have also been handling trial development of forceps for operations and articles related to surgical needles.

[Business description]
We conduct consignment manufacturing of cavity and core parts, and so on, for manufacturers that require precision die parts. We particularly excel at manufacturing high-precision, finely shaped die parts. We deliver to manufacturers of electrical equipment for automobiles, printer manufacturers, camera manufacturers, and so on. We have many transactions with major manufacturers. We handle die parts for overseas mass-production factories, and die parts that can only be manufactured in Japan.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can assure dimensional accuracy at the micron level for manufacturers of automobiles, electric equipment, and precision equipment, which require especially high precision. We can handle processing according to the requirement that steps on the machined face should be less than 2 μm, and drilling with diameter 30 μm. We are capable of machining HrC64 special steel, 100-electrode EDM, and wire processing with electrode wire diameter 0.05.

We supply custom-order die parts mainly to the die divisions of major manufacturers in Japan that require high precision and high quality. We are highly evaluated for our quality and delivery time management. Recently we have also been cooperating in R&D in the fields of medical supplies and medical equipment. We are expanding our transactions with research institutes of major manufacturers. We also aim to cultivate the European market with these technologies, and we are building up a track record of transactions.

We have been visiting foreign countries since 2012 and have secured connections with customers. We use e-mail in English for overseas support, and we secure external staff who are fluent in English and French in cases of necessity.
