We have established a unique production system for welding various metals.

We have established a unique production system capable of welding various metals from rare metals to advanced alloys. We weld parts as thin as 0.1 mm by laser welding and parts as thick as 20 mm by plasma welding. Our company covers processing from small-lot production by engineers to mass production by robots. Our company possesses experience and know-how in Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQRs). We won the Miyazaki Prefecture SME Award (New Technology and Field Category) in FY2010. We will extend our business to fields including medicine, aerospace, and ocean energy by making use of our achievements in plant engineering.

Our company has been cultivating technologies and experience since our establishment in 1945. We have established a unique production system capable of welding various metals by combining our technologies and experience with the latest equipment. The metals we can weld range from rare metals such as titanium, nickel, zirconium, and tantalum to advanced alloys such as Hastelloy, Inconel, and super stainless steel. We can weld parts from 0.1 to 50 mm thick.

We also possess five-axis abrasive water jet cutter equipment that can cut metals, glass, and plastics up to 100 mm thick, even in three dimensions.
