We are a gasket manufacturer established in 1954. Our products are mainly for lithium-ion batteries. Our company has the top share of the global market for automotive lithium-ion battery gaskets. We have been providing our products to representative major companies in Japan for many years. We are engaged in development, trial manufacturing, and mass production. We plan to make use of the knowledge we have accumulated so far to the launch new business in this term to promote a shift from metal to resin gaskets. We will extend our business capacity by promoting the sale of gasket parts made from PPS, fluorocarbon resin (PFA), and thermosetting resin with high heat resistance and chemical resistance.
- Cleanliness, precision, and high process capability
We thoroughly renovated our molding plant at the end of May 2018 to achieve a clean environment for molding. We manufacture molded products in a clean environment (with no foreign matters and contamination, as well as protection from insects) suitable for molded resin products for medical purposes.
We manufacture a wide range of injection molded products made of super engineering plastic such as PEEK, PEI, and PFA as well as general-purpose plastic in our production system for products that need high precision in the order of μm and that have no variations (material handling technology).
We manufacture injection molded products that maintain high process capabilities based on our experience with injection molded products that will be permanently mounted on vehicles.

We can propose materials to implement part functions and perform fluidal analysis simulations at the part design stage. This makes it possible to verify resin molding and contraction in advance. We can apply our accumulated know-how to propose changes of part shapes and improve the integrity of part designs to reduce manufacturing trials, development periods, and costs.
