[Company strength]
Our company can process special steel, ordinary steel, and nonferrous metals with cooperation and collaboration in the manufacturing industry by making use of a wide range of technologies. We possess extensive technologies for material preparation by casting, lost-wax casting, or forging as well as for pressing, sheet metal working, and precision machining. Our company is appreciated for its thorough management of manufacturing at a principal machining factory and for our maneuverability like a trading firm. We periodically visit partner companies for off-site machining to exchange information about new technologies and theories and raise the level of understanding to manage these companies like internal processes. Our quality assurance staff also visit partner companies for guidance and sharing quality understanding.

[Business description]
Our mainline business involves using NC lathes and machining centers to machine parts for fire extinguishing equipment and fire extinguishers, air tools, and hydraulic equipment. We also manage processing related to parts on the basis of turnkey contracts in collaboration with various partner companies (including support for pressing, welding, thermal treatment, surface treatment, and assembly). All products sold from our company are ultimately managed under our QMS/EMS control to achieve high quality (Q) and short-term delivery (D) (20% of our sales are through trading firms).

[Strength of products/technologies]
We excel at manufacturing products of 30 to 100 mm in diameter and 100 mm long. We maintain automation and high processing accuracy when processing irregularly shaped materials (square, hexagonal, forged, or pressed). This is done with jigs and tools based on various ideas (we secure a process capability index of CPK 1.33 for critical parts). We excel at manufacturing several hundred or several thousand pieces per lot. We reduce polishing worker-hours and support high-accuracy machining services after thermal treatment for our customers. Our quality assurance system is particularly highly appreciated by our customers. This system covers various kinds of processing from process verification in mass production to internal and external troubleshooting, improvement measures, and effect confirmation. We are a small-scale company, but we are not inferior to major enterprises in terms of our quality know-how. This know-how is a one of our unique technologies. 

[Representative's message]
We established a local factory to satisfy overseas customer requests on a timely basis, and we can provide products in small and medium lots with high quality and at fair prices. This is done by extending the quality maintenance know-how established at our main factory in Japan to our local factory. We also provide high management quality (highly meticulous services) to satisfy customer expectations, which local manufacturers or manufacturers from other countries do not consider. We will make the same efforts as we do in Japan to handle machining and also manufacturing finished parts and assembled articles.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are actively receiving inquiries from outside Japan, so we will establish an overseas site in Vietnam to quickly respond on-site. We have several years of experience with imports into Vietnam in collaboration with a Japanese company, and also with a Taiwanese company. We conducted prior, on-site, and post field studies at the end of 2015 to establish a local corporation (factory) in Vietnam. We are selecting processing equipment more specifically for manufacturing at our local factory, and we are totally devoted to our preparations for launching production within the year.
