We are a die and part manufacturer that also provides assembly services.
Our main lines of business are thermoplastic resin injection molding and assembly. Our company also conducts all manufacturing processes from die making to part production and assembly. We offer in-vehicle and consumer electronics switch parts, as well as precision metalworking, precision thermoplastic resin molding, and harness cutting and crimping. Most of our products are self-developed, which provides agility and flexibility to our operation. We entered the medical field in 2012, and successfully realized simultaneous molding with other materials such as cellulose, rubber, and sponge materials. We have hired technical interns from overseas to help build the foundation for future overseas expansion.
[Company strength] Our company has three main divisions, for die production, part production, and assembly and production. Dies manufactured and repaired by the die production division are used by the parts production (injection molding) division to manufacture moldings and harnesses for the assembly and production division. We manufacture switches and medical equipment under this integrated production system. Most of our production equipment was developed in-house, so we can customize it in the most rational way possible. Our operation encompasses a wide range of jobs despite our small scale, which is sure to enable us to meet various requests. [Business description] Our main lines of business are precision plastic molding, and assembly. (1) We manufacture in-vehicle and consumer electronic parts (such as switch parts). (2) We conduct precision metalworking (such as metalworking for injection molding die parts, and other production equipment). (3) We offer precision thermoplastic resin molding. (4) We can handle harness cutting, crimping, and assembly. (5) We design and manufacture automation equipment, jigs, and tools. [Industry] Plastic product, electronic part, device, and electronic circuit manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] Our die production division quickly provides various services for parts and dies based on our many years of experience in die maintenance. Our part production division can manufacture advanced moldings using super engineering resin and other materials. Our assembly and production department has obtained TA 16949 certification, and is committed to manufacturing satisfying products for our customers through refined operations, advanced production technologies, and original manufacturing methods. We have a number of engineers in the electronics, electrical, chemical, machinery, and metalworking fields to provide various services. [Representative's message] We are applying the manufacturing capabilities we gained from electronic part production to expand our business into the medical field and so on. We have established an integrated production system to cover all processes from die technology to molding and assembly, which also helps satisfy customer needs in terms of cost and quality. We are hiring technical interns from overseas to help build the foundation for future overseas expansion. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] Our 2014 vision was to become a leading Monozukuri craftsmanship company in Japan, and contribute to the world. We hope to focus on internally enhancing technological strength, as well as increasing direct transactions with major companies and acquiring more new customers. We will reinforce our sales activities with the major company customers we currently do business with directly to increase new product orders, while self-developing production equipment. Some of this equipment was exhibited at the Small and Medium Enterprise Techno Fair in Kyushu 2014, as it can be used by other manufacturers. We will consider productization after obtaining patents. We will promote some of our existing products, taking into consideration the possibility of future overseas expansion. [Market share/Ranking] Our main products are in-vehicle and consumer electronics switches (four models; Panasonic). One of our four models is manufactured entirely in-house, while the others are partial production products. These models are also manufactured by Alps Electric and Omron in addition to our company for the domestic Japanese market under the Panasonic brand. Therefore, we are involved in 30% of domestic Japanese Panasonic switch production. [Joint research and development] Kyushu University: Joint development project on millimeter waves (no productization). Joint development with major companies: Development of the Good Sleep Capsule with Daikin, which was completed but not sold; Development of a Peltier element with Taica (no productization).
