We manufacture and sell precision machined engineering plastic materials, compound resin materials, and light metal materials. We can finish complicated shapes with micron-order accuracy, and support any orders covering from high-mix low-volume production to mass production. We were quick to establish ultra-fine end mill processing with diameter 0.2 or less as machining technology to support the increasing refinement of inspection plates for multi-layer ceramic condensers (MLCC). We have a 70% share of the domestic Japanese market for carrier plates for semiconductor grinding, and a 5% share of the overseas market. We have a 30% share of the domestic Japanese market for inspection plates for MLCC, and a 3% share of the overseas market. We are also actively expanding overseas.


[Product description] We mainly supply electronic precision parts for semiconductors by machining engineering plastic materials. We are taking advantage of this technology to focus on expanding to the medical treatment field, and advancing micro flow passage processing and development. We are now carrying out marketing based on sample items. We have succeeded in machining flow passages exactly as designed, with a width of 100 microns and depth of about 50 microns. This is done with plastic materials such as COP (Cyclo Olefin Polymer) and COC (Cyclo Olefin Co-polymer). We can achieve micron-level processing accuracy. We adopted a directly connected spindle system in order to suppress core swing to as little as possible. This is done using the latest equipment (electric motor), and has settled problems such as wear, heat, and vibration. We have also made use of our original processing technology to realize finishing with no minute burrs or surface scars. [Major facilities and equipment] Machining centers: Toshiba Machine UVM-450 super-precision vertical processing machines, 3 sets; Yamazaki Mazak INTEGREX I-200; and 4 sets by other manufacturers. Compound NC lathe: Yamazaki Mazak SQT250MSY, 1 set. NC lathes: Yamazaki Mazak SQT200; and 1 set by another manufacturer. Lathes: Chubu Machinery LLA1500; and 4 sets by other manufacturers.
