We are a specialist group that takes on the challenge of ultra-fine resin machining processing.

We manufacture and sell precision machined engineering plastic materials, compound resin materials, and light metal materials. We can finish complicated shapes with micron-order accuracy, and support any orders covering from high-mix low-volume production to mass production. We were quick to establish ultra-fine end mill processing with diameter 0.2 or less as machining technology to support the increasing refinement of inspection plates for multi-layer ceramic condensers (MLCC). We have a 70% share of the domestic Japanese market for carrier plates for semiconductor grinding, and a 5% share of the overseas market. We have a 30% share of the domestic Japanese market for inspection plates for MLCC, and a 3% share of the overseas market. We are also actively expanding overseas.

[Company strength]
We have established precision machining technology under joint research with a university in order to support the accuracy required for electronic parts, which are continuously evolving in their precision. We introduced linear principal axis support and 5-axis machining center equipment to sustain high quality, as well as our original production quality management system. This made it possible for us to manufacture ultra-fine inspection plates that cannot be competed even by MLCC inspection equipment manufacturers.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Inspection plates for MLCC are further evolving from super-small sizes to the ultra-small level. We were quick to establish ultra-fine end mill processing with diameter 0.2 or less as machining technology to support this trend. We are maintaining our advantages in stable supply and cost reduction. We receive high evaluations from our customers. Advanced techniques such as diameter 0.24 and high hole-position accuracy (± 0.01) are considered to be necessary for sockets for semiconductor inspection. We acquired these technologies by developing our original know-how and special tools, and we have realized micron-order processing accuracy. We supply products with a high degree of difficulty that cannot be processed by other companies.

We are an engineering plastics specialist group. We focus on optimizing the shapes and conditions of tools. We seek to clarify the mechanism of micromachining based on analysis of the dynamic behavior of the tip of the tool blade during machining. This is done in order to steadily develop ultra-fine resin machining processing. We are making use of the sale of this core technology to cultivate the markets for nanotechnology, next-generation communications, and medical-engineering cooperation, as well as parts related to electric machines. Our goal is to further expand our activities by utilizing the support of resources like J-Good Tech.
