[Company strength]
We design and manufacture equipment for various industries according to customer requirements. This includes medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology-related products, as well as semiconductor equipment and liquid crystal manufacturing equipment. We are familiar with regulations and related matters in each industry based on our accumulated experience. We can make full use of such knowledge to support our customers’ Monozukuri craftsmanship with flexible ideas that are not bound by conventional wisdom. We have established a manufacturing environment that can provide support from development and trial manufacturing to mass production, so we can flexibly respond to customer requests. We possess a large cleanroom with a high ceiling in our Tsuyama factory in Okayama Prefecture, so we can also support mass production for large-scale precision machines and the like.

[Business description]
We propose automation and labor-saving equipment for various industries, such as medical equipment, medicine manufacturing, drug compounding, and biotechnology-related products. We work hard to provide customers with a sense of security in actual functions and performance according to their requests. We can provide integrated support for customers covering from development and trial manufacturing as well as concept design of mass products, to procurement, manufacturing, and after-sale support. Requirements for manufacturing equipment are now becoming more enhanced and complicated according to innovation in equipment manufacturing processes and changes in the size and physical properties of the object devices. We are a mechatronics manufacturer, and we will work hard to solve problems and provide customers with satisfactory products and services.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our original technology: We support robotics and automation equipment that combine technologies such as conveyance and handling, image processing, and washing. Manufacturing management technology: We have a track record of manufacturing medical equipment after acquiring a license for medical device manufacturing and sales. We also have a history of deliveries for the manufacturing lines of semiconductor manufacturers, which require advanced precision manufacturing.

[Representative's message]
We have completed strengthening our design staff, and we are working to expand our OEM and ODM business as an outsourcing company for various enterprises. We make comprehensive proposals including human resource support in fundamental development for fabless enterprises, which have now become common.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have conducted element development associated with the introduction of thinning processing for GaN substrates and prototype development. This was done in cooperation with major semiconductor tape manufacturer M and major semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturer D.
Special tape affixing machine: Joint patents with M company have already been applied for. 
We have delivered our equipment to M company. Our equipment greatly contributed to this company’s development in the areas of tape improvement and quality assurance. We have established a system based on this experience so we can support requests from major companies.

Our share in the industry is hard to define, because we mainly conduct consignment manufacturing (OEM and ODM).
