Our FINE CUT series, which are precision cutting machines, enable stable and high-speed precision cutting with “Tokuusu Toishi,” which is a cutting wheel for precision cutting, and “NASTON GOLD,” which is a diamond abrasive cutting wheel for hard brittle materials, even in the case of materials that are difficult to cut. Additionally, we maintain a high-quality production line and provide support by providing long-life parts and fast response regarding maintenance, using our systems for advanced production management, quality control, and traceability in our specialized plant, and considering severe usage conditions for a water-soluble grinding fluid. 
1. You can process hard brittle materials, such as quenched steel, cemented carbide, ceramics, and so on, in addition to general metal materials, because they are grinded with extremely hard mineral particles.  
2. Chips are extremely small so surface roughness and dimensional accuracy of works are appropriate.  
3. Grinding speed is extremely quick that the overall efficiency of the processing (volume of chips generated per hour) is high although chips are small.  
4. Precision cutting with a cutting wheel enables reduction in or omission of secondary processing. In the case of expensive materials in particular, cost reduction can be achieved by preventing a waste of materials.

NASTON GOLD series: diamond abrasive cutting wheels for hard brittle materials
We developed this product using high-quality diamond abrasive grains and a unique resin. The NASTON GOLD series is effective for cutting of cemented carbide, which is difficult to cut with normal cutting wheels, hard brittle materials, and difficult-to-machine compound materials, such as ceramics, hard glass, and sapphire glass. 
Precision cutting with a cutting wheel allows soft cutting without causing destructive damage to materials. Additionally, appropriate surface roughness, comfortable cutting performance, high-speed cutting with high grinding performance, and extremely high accuracy are achieved.

By using “FINECOOL,” which is a water-soluble grinding fluid, you can improve lubricating properties of cutting wheels and works to be processed and reduce grinding resistance and heat generation. Generated heat is removed by a cooling effect of the grinding fluid. In addition, chips and removed abrasive grains are washed away by a cleaning effect of the fluid. Its rust prevention effect protects works to be processed and portions around vises from rust and corrosion. Processing efficiency and the like vary greatly depending on the selection of water-soluble grinding fluids and how they are used.

We are Japan's only manufacturer of both machines (mechatronics technology) and cutting wheels (chemical technology). FINE CUT division: Manufacturing and sales of FINE CUT high-speed precision cutting machines, NASTON precision cutting wheels, NASTON GOLD diamond abrasive cutting wheels for hard, brittle materials, and labor-saving equipment. This division contributes to customer benefits by seeking high performance and quality. 
CS division: Sales of machines, tools, and all other articles for factory use. Manufacturing precision products, jigs and tools, and labor-saving equipment, mainly at our in-house factories, but also with partner manufacturers, and installing incidental equipment for factories. This division meets customer needs by making technical proposals and making use of a cooperation network including the information provision field.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our advantage is that we can make total technical proposals about precision cutting. We can cover different fields including precision cutting machines, cutting wheels, and coolants. Our FINE CUT series precision cutting machines can provide stable high-accuracy, high-speed cutting even for difficult-to-process materials. This is done by using our NASTON precision cutting wheel. The machine and wheel are exposed to severe conditions in which a water-soluble cutting fluid is used. We consider the conditions so as to maintain high-quality production lines under our high-level production management, quality management, and traceability systems at our dedicated in-house factories. We assure the supply of parts with a long operating life and quick maintenance for support.

[Representative's message]
Our precision cutting machines using cutting wheels work gently without imparting destructive damage to workpieces. They ensure good surface smoothness, and enable precision cutting with excellent cutting performance. The Thai market comprises a cluster of parts makers and many other manufacturers. Quality inspection is essential for manufacturing. The common inspection method is to cut a product with high accuracy and observe the cut face under a microscope, so many Japanese companies take the necessary equipment to Thailand. Our sales in the Thai market will grow with the demand for maintenance in sales to Japanese companies and also to companies from other countries.

We have already concluded an agency contract with a local company in Thailand and opened a showroom. We periodically hold private shows as well as seminars for manufacturers and dealers. We dispatch engineers for assistance to promote full-scale sales and publicity activities. We have newly opened English and Thai websites to strengthen our Web marketing. We are considering the establishment of a manufacturing factory within a couple of years. This is how we are also investigating local cutting machine production (part purchase cost, manufacturing force, potential factory plot, and equipment to install).
