We are extending our business in Japan and abroad with metal pressed parts for automobiles.

We manufacture metal pressed parts. Our main products are critical safety parts with severe quality requirements, such as brakes, suspension systems, and steering parts. We have applied our accumulated experience and know-how to establish a unique plate forging method that leads to reduced costs. We are making use of this technology to produce gear parts for vehicle seat motors (monthly output: 200,000 pieces). We have been doing business with automotive part manufacturers (Tire 1) in Japan for over 40 years. We established local corporations for overseas transactions in the USA, Thailand, China, and Vietnam and are extending our business volume. We have a track record of joint R&D with Gunma University. We also design and manufacture molds for metal press working.

[Company strength]
Our management policy is to be an independent global company with the skills necessary for customers despite being small in scale. We have been establishing overseas local corporations since 1993 in the USA, Thailand, China, and Vietnam. The amount of group sales is now over 15 billion yen and the number of group workers is over 1,000. We dispatch engineers from Japan and invite staff members from overseas sites. We have established a production system capable of simultaneously launching products with Japanese quality throughout the world by transferring production technologies and quality management techniques from Japan to overseas.

Our company manufactures metal pressed parts and also designs and creates molds for metal press working. We provide automotive parts to many automotive part manufacturers (Tier 1), and particularly critical safety parts such as brakes, suspension systems, and steering parts. We have an integrated production system from mold design and creation, press forming, and welding to surface treatment (cation coating, plating, Honda HES Standard-compliant thermal treatment, and so on). We also have a quality management system. Our company applies the experience and technology power we have been cultivating through our history of over 60 years since our foundation to provide products that meet your specifications.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We now manufacture gear parts for vehicle seat motors (monthly output: 200,000 pieces). This is done using a plate forging method in which flat plates are thickened and formed into shapes, and circumferential gear shapes are formed using a unique press shaping method. This method reduces costs about 70% compared with the conventional cutting-oriented forming method because it does not require thermal treatment processing such as bonderizing, hot processing, or annealing. We also manufacture products from high-tensile-strength steel plates (high-tensile-strength materials) using technology combining the plate forging method and thickening and forming technology. We have manufactured and delivered many products made of 780 MPa-class high-tensile-strength steel plates.

We will make use of our advantages as an independent manufacturer to extend our sales channels from automotive part manufacturers to other manufacturers and different industries. This will be done by making full use of our accumulated experience and know-how. We will make the most of our current group network linking four overseas sites for overseas expansion. We will do our best to provide products that satisfy the quality you request, to the places where you need them, on a timely basis at an optimal cost.

We now do business mainly with listed automotive part manufacturers, so our existing staff can handle new customers. Our staff in the mold section are in charge of technical consulting and directly visit customers as required to solve problems. We are ready to support customers in English and Chinese. We are now ready to meet customer needs by making use of the achievements we have accumulated through our history of overseas business dating back over 20 years.
