[Strength of products/technologies]
We conduct electrostatic coating and electrostatic powder coating using an automatic line. We can apply coating to luxury appearance parts in a dust-proof chamber (quasi-cleanroom). We also possess surface treatment equipment for iron phosphate processing and aluminum and trivalent chromium coating treatment. This is how we can conduct integrated in-house production from surface treatment to coating. We have supported the strict standards required by various industries such as lighting equipment, communications equipment, two-wheeled vehicle parts, automobile parts, transportation equipment parts, and construction parts. We have accumulated processing know-how and data on surface treatment technology and coating technology, and we have received high evaluations for our solution proposals centering on electrostatic coating. Our Vietnam factory also excels in the production of aluminum extruded materials from processing to coating. Their products also receive high evaluations like those produced in Japan.

We have established an enhanced supply system in collaboration with our affiliate company in Vietnam in addition to the support for coating processing provided by our HQ in Japan. We hope to expand our business so that we can respond to customer requests.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our Vietnam factory (VIETNAM SUCCESS CO., LTD.) conducts integrated in-house production of metal processing products and high-frequency transformer chokes. They produce products using aluminum shapes (heat sinks and aluminum construction materials), pressing processing, CNC processing, and turning processing, up to finishing coating. We have established a supply system for importing to Japan and exporting to overseas countries from Vietnam.
