[Company strength]
Our company has worked in new fields since its establishment, to meet the needs of the times and our customers. These fields include fibers, chemicals, automobiles, construction machinery, home electronics appliances, semiconductors, liquid crystal panels, and robot systems. These efforts have helped us to nurture sufficient technological strength to deal with various kinds of workpieces, environments, and conditions. Our line of business is designing and manufacturing automation systems, as well as production systems for uses such as transport, machining, assembly, and inspection. Our mechanical system department and head office have acquired ISO 9001-2008 certification. Our company itself is highly valued, as shown in our selection for 300 of Japan's Vibrant Monozukuri (Manufacturing) SMEs by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (2009). We have plants located in Iwakuni City (Yamaguchi Prefecture), Tarui-cho (Gifu Prefecture), and Shanghai, which allows us to export to other countries in addition to domestic Japanese destinations. 

[Business description]
Our company manufactures various production lines such as FPD production lines for liquid crystal panels and so on, as well as automation systems and other production equipment. We provide one-stop production services, mostly for major manufacturers, and cover from proposals, design, and manufacturing to on-site delivery, installation, and trial operation of production systems. The production systems we design and manufacture are intended for a wide range of industries. Fields of application include liquid crystal and organic EL panels, automobiles, auto parts, prefabricated houses, housing components, chemicals, fibers, plastics, medical devices, home electronics appliances, ironmaking, and construction machinery. We have also made various kinds of robot systems as a robot system integrator. Our business includes a wide variety of projects, including oil and chemical plant construction and maintenance, and solar power plant construction.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has manufactured systems in a wide range of fields, including liquid crystal panels, organic EL panels, automobiles, auto parts, chemicals, home electronics appliances, construction machinery, films, and medical devices. The workpiece size varies from small parts to large parts over 1 ton. Our systems can also be used in different kinds of environments such as vacuums as well as clean environments. We can offer one-stop service covering from system proposals to design, manufacturing, installation, test operation, and delivery especially when setting up a production line for new products. This is based on our extensive experience of manufacturing transport, machining, assembly, and inspection systems for a wide variety of workpieces. We particularly excel in the FPD field at as it involves clean environments.

Our mission is to contribute to social development by helping to improve our customers’ production activities through our equipment. This is why we always strive to develop new technologies and new fields to respond to the changing times. In 2012 we set up a subsidiary in Shanghai, and started to expand overseas. We try to actively participate in exhibitions, capture new needs and requests, and develop new technologies and new products to enter into new fields for the domestic Japanese market.

Most of our products are shipped to major companies. We mainly do business with large customers (direct transactions), major trading companies, and engineering companies. Customer inquiries are handled by the mechanical system department and sales department. Engineers may respond to large customers, and to customers who need their mechanical and electrical expertise.

[Market share/Ranking]
Our glass substrate conveying systems and loading systems are indirectly delivered to and used by almost all the major liquid crystal and plasma panel manufacturers in Japan. Many of these products are also used by overseas manufacturers. Our machining and assembly lines have been adopted by many major manufacturers of auto parts, prefabricated houses, and housing components. We have an extensive track record with robot systems as a robot system integrator.
