[Company strength]
We are a gear manufacturer that is best at manufacturing bevel gears. The processing of a bevel gear is considered to be the most difficult kind of gear processing. We have established an integrated production system covering turning, gear cutting, chamfering, spline, and grinding processing. This is how we can supply high-quality, low-priced gears that can fully appeal to the overseas market.

Vehicles (including trucks) of various types: We offer differential gears, engine pump gears, transmission gears, gears for driving, and gears for steering.
Agricultural machines: Our services cover from trial manufacturing to mass production of differential side gears and differential pinion gears for differential equipment.
We also deal with construction machines, food machines, and various types of gears in general.
Main products: Direct bevel gears, sprockets, helical gears, bent bevel gears, screw gears, spur gears, bevel gears (miter gears), worm gears, internal gears, face gears, and straight line gears (racks).

[Strength of products/technologies]
Technical characteristics: We offer transmission gears for automobiles, agricultural machines, and construction machines, as well as differential bevel gear products. We conduct OEM processing. We are best at manufacturing with DIN8 level (JIS3 level) accuracy. We use cutting machines that have become rare today (machines made by KLINGEN and MODUL in Germany), so we can manufacture industrial machine tools from small volumes to mass production.

[Representative's message]
Agricultural modernization is advancing rapidly in Southeast Asia, so the demand for high-performance, high-quality new-type machines is significantly high. Local enterprises have a strong consciousness to prefer products made in Japan to other products, even though they are more expensive. We have received requests for quotations from Indonesia and Malaysia. In the future we hope to promote our company as an independent Japanese parts manufacturer. We also hope to do our best with a view to expanding business to Asian countries. This includes preparations for application to the Green Asia International Strategic Comprehensive Special Zone, which is being advanced by Fukuoka Prefecture.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have three Chinese and one Vietnamese staff members who will provide proper, quick support in Chinese and Vietnamese for inquiries and transactions involving overseas customers. We are actively participating in business meetings and the like for overseas expansion, mainly in Southeast Asian countries. We are strengthening our activities for newly produced parts transactions with a state-run enterprise and private enterprises in the fields of automobiles, trucks, agricultural machine manufacturers, and so on.

[Main Clients / Business History (overseas)]
Main trading countries: Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, China, Taiwan, and Korea. Overseas transactions: In our overseas expansion we have done business with a state-operated core enterprise and two companies in Vietnam. These enterprises have their business base in Ho Chi Minh City, which is the largest city in southern Vietnam. The Vietnamese state-operated core enterprise places orders for gear parts for transmissions. The Vietnamese machine manufacturers place orders for manufacturing parts called tailors, which are used at the rear of tractors.
