Our laser application equipment business involves developing technology for joining different materials. We have developed dry processing, large structure handling, and materials and methods to make it possible to join molded articles. [Industry] Electronic equipment manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] We are developing a technology for directly joining metals and plastics. Our goal with this technology is to directly join metals such as aluminum and steel with thermoplastic resin. Local processing for direct joining of different materials is possible, which enables in-line joining of molded parts and modularized products.
