[Company strength]
Our company’s biggest advantage is our integrated part production system. Production in this system is carried out by using production machines as well as metallic molds that we develop and manufacture in-house. We have achieved enhanced product quality, quick delivery, and cost reduction because we conduct all the key processes within our group. This includes designing and manufacturing high-precision metallic molds that support part reliability, designing and manufacturing automatic machines, part forming, assembly, and inspection. The comprehensive power of our group is reflected in each of our products, including our die-cast magnesium alloy products, precision molded articles, and various connectors.



[Business description]
Our company (1) manufactures various metallic molds for precision machines, (2) manufactures various die-cast products; (3) manufactures and assembles plastic products, and (4) designs and manufactures automatic machines. We have established an integrated production system for precision plastic parts from metal molds to forming, parts assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipping. Our products include connectors for automobiles and connectors for commercial use, as well as zinc and magnesium alloy precision parts.

(1) We have significantly reduced the cycle for molded products to one-third.
(2) We have extended the service life of a metallic mold fivefold. 
(3) Our company has applied 3D CAD/CAM to reduce delivery time by one month. 
(4) Making use of our independently developed automation equipment leads to a 30% cost reduction. 


[Representative's message]
We established a production plant in China 10 years ago. We are now targeting expansion with a focus on the ASEAN region, so we established a local affiliate company in Vietnam and constructed a factory so as to start operations in the spring of 2015. We want to do our best to support local procurement by our customers and contribute to the development of local industry by enhancing our technology and human resources.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have assigned staff in charge of new clients in our sales HQ, Tokyo sales office, and Nagoya sales office, and they will respond to inquiries from customers. Several staff members in our engineering HQ who are familiar with technology development will handle technical consultations. Our overseas sales department will be the point of contact for overseas enterprises, and we have established a system to provide support in English. We are also promoting the appointment of global human resources (in the engineering field).

We have achieved a top-level share in the super-precision metallic mold industry in the fields of automobile products, consumer products, industrial products, and so on.
