We are a mold manufacturer accumulating results by using gas and contamination reduction technologies.

We are a mold manufacturer established in 1974. Our mainline business is to design and manufacture ultra-high-precision parts for connectors and other plastic products that require high accuracy. We also manufacture products by injection molding. Gas and contamination are likely to occur during plastic molding. We implemented the OX treatment surface modification technology to extend the service lives of parts by reducing gas and contamination. We meet various customer requests and are extending our business operations. We do business with many major companies. We are hastening to cultivate and secure global human resources to accelerate our overseas expansion.

[Company strength]
Our OX treatment is a surface modification technology that is completely different from conventional surface treatment methods. We modify the surfaces of plasticized parts of injection molding machines, metal parts of molds, and so on, by taking into account problems, resin characteristics, and metal characteristics. XO treatment is an excellent technology. It is capable of making a great contribution to productivity improvement by remarkably easing the problems of gas, contamination, and metal fatigue, which trouble many customers.

Our mainline businesses are ultra-high-precision mold design and manufacturing, and surface modification. We also accept customer requests for injection molding for trial manufacturing and mass production. We are flexible about cost and lead time because we have cooperative companies outside Japan. We believe that we can attract companies in various categories by proposing our OX treatment technology.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Coating may peel and be mixed into products. However, OX treatment is free of such problems because it does not peel. We change the surface modification method depending on the effect expected by the customer regarding gas, contamination, metal fatigue, and so on. The greatest advantage of OX treatment technology is that the expected effect, resin characteristics, and metal characteristics can be considered in surface modification. OX treatment is applicable to plasticized parts and molds of injection molding machines and other metal parts, and also to plastic and rubber parts.

We have been devoted to work based on our company policies of "Harmony" and "Originality and creativity" since our foundation in April 1974. We are growing thanks to a great deal of trust and many orders from our customers. We have been introducing OX treatment (surface modification) since this fiscal year. This is an excellent technology, which may be able to solve problems of gas, contamination, and metal fatigue. We will work hard so that this technology will be adopted by many customers and make a great contribution to customer productivity.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We always visit client companies to check their requests and provide general explanations about our technologies. We also accompany these companies to their customers to meet request and solve issues as a united business. We dispatch employees to our cooperative company in China to have each of them gain a cosmopolitan sensitivity and the ability to investigate local needs and solve issues. Our company has three non-Japanese employees to proactively promote overseas development. However, we will also employ people in countries where we are planning to do business, in order to appropriately check local needs.

We were the first to implement OX treatment (surface modification) technology in the injection molding industry. We anticipate that this technology will reduce problems such as gas, contamination, and metal fatigue, which are likely to occur during molding. This technology is new to the injection molding machine and mold industry, so we hope that we will significantly grow our market share.

[Joint research and development]
We conduct OX treatment on plasticized parts supplied from molding machine manufacturers. We then conduct demonstration experiments using molding machines owned by our customer manufacturers. We are collecting OX treatment data and extracting issues to improve technical accuracy.
