[Company strength]
Production equipment is manufactured in-house to maximize our manufacturing and assembly capabilities. This is useful for developing products that capture customer needs. We also add the latest commercially available equipment such as lasers in order to save labor. Our extensive know-how as an established manufacturer with over 50 years in the business enables us to manufacture good-quality products, and we have done business with over 1,000 companies. All our employees are committed to manufacturing, with the basic understanding of our customer-first policy. 

[Business description]
Our company custom-develops and manufactures regeneration resistors and discharging resistors that incorporate our original safety functions to satisfy customers in the power electronics field. This is done by making use of the design, production technology, and quality control know-how we have accumulated through many years of experience as a power resistor manufacturer. We developed wire electrodes and small hole pipe electrodes from the customer’s perspective by making the most of our original manufacturing technologies. This was done in order to enhance the speed and precision of electrical discharge machining (EDM).

Our customers have been placing repeat orders for many years, which indicates that our service is highly valued in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and price. We can deal with customized specifications in addition to the standard specifications. This includes embedding safety elements such as fuses within a product. Our dedicated equipment and control systems realize highly reliable, low-price wire electrodes and pipe electrodes that are favored by a wide range of domestic Japanese and overseas customers.

Our company has supplied highly reliable products for over half a century, mainly to major Japanese companies. In recent years we have seen more demand for products used in renewable energy equipment, and we started to propose products for controlling solar power and wind power generation. We have an extensive product line up in the field of EDM. We offer electrode wires and electrode pipes in various shapes and sizes to realize super-fine processing at manufacturing sites around the world. We will continue to provide good products that help develop new technologies to our customers in Japan and overseas.

We have sales departments in Yokohama, Nagoya, and other places near major manufacturers. Our Korean production site will be used as the center for our exports and overseas expansion.

We have acquired the second-largest share in the domestic Japanese EDM wire electrode market. We have the third-largest share of the domestic Japanese large cement resistor market, and the third-largest share of the domestic Japanese EDM pipe electrode market.
