Our company pursues only-one enterprise which enables energy saving and total cost reduction by improving abrasion resistance and extending life of cold and hot plastic processed parts, machine parts and the like. We have original metal surface processing technology. We have technology for retaining processing life to be 2-5 times that of CVD/PVD technology in fusion diffusion treatment by cold plastic processing, 2-5 times that of current nitrogen diffusion technology in hot plastic processing, and 0.5-4 times also in cut/heading processing. We have made a number of deliveries to automobile manufacturers and machine manufacturers.

[Company strength] We received certification for Strategic Foundational Technology, and developed fusion diffusion treatment technology, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance technology for stainless steel. We also developed erosion resistance technology for aluminum and other technologies, which are applicable to molds for cold plastic processing and hot plastic processing. In addition, we develop only-one technology including life extending treatment technology for processing tools such as cutting tools. We have technology for suppressing dimensional change distortion also in technology for quenching and tempering by vacuum.
