Our company considers the whole world to be the market for our metal surface treatment business. We will become a small but strong company that can contribute to society by developing ultra-thin rustproof films and rustproofing technologies, giving top priority to global environmental issues. We develop technologies, manufacture coating materials, and provide surface treatment in-house, so we can meet customer needs in detail and provide satisfactory surface treatment.

Our company’s business is to develop rustproof films with high corrosion resistance and to treat metal surfaces for the purpose of solving environmental issues. We rustproof various metal products, such as bolts, screws, and air suspensions. Our company develops coating agents and processes and conducts coating.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our LAFRE product is a groundbreaking metal rustproofing agent that we developed by putting together technologies we have been accumulating for 40 years since our foundation. The design concepts were environmental friendliness, thin film, and high corrosion resistance. LAFRE contains three kinds of metals (zinc, aluminum, and tin) and protects the base with a tough film that has excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance. You need not worry about hydrogen brittleness because deoxidizing and electrolytic processing are not necessary, unlike electroplating. Chrome-free treatment is also supported. The film is as thin as 5 µm but withstood a 2,000-hour salt spray test (JIS Z 2371) and a 200-cycle composite cycle test (JASO M 609/610).

Our company has mainly provided machining services, but we developed our LAFRE product by gathering together the technologies we have been accumulating for many years. We will promote sales of coating materials and necessary coating equipment and further expand our sales sites to extend the market for LAFRE in Japan and also throughout the world. Awareness of environmental issues is growing in Asia, including Japan. Our goal is to contribute to society through the global expansion of environmentally friendly surface treatment agents that do not contain harmful substances.

We have seven licensees in Japan (two in Kanto) for processing in each area. Outside Japan, we have licensees and agencies in 10 countries where there are many staff members who are proficient in English or Chinese. In China in particular, we have sales offices and a joint venture for quick action.
