[Company strength]
We conduct original pipe plastic processing by making use of our independently developed equipment (oil hydraulic press) according to the application. We process steel pipe materials such as STKM 11A to 16A, alloy steels such as SCM and SUS, and nonferrous metals such as part-copper and part-aluminum material. We can handle a processing range from diameter 101 to diameter 10, and thicknesses from 0.8 to 10. We can mainly process tube expansion, tube contraction, and butted processing of steel pipes. We conduct daily manufacturing management of variation points, defective fractions in each step, and operational availability. We maintain a sense of mission as a company to provide high-quality parts to our customers.

[Business description]
We manufacture and sell cold plastic processing products using steel pipes. We mainly manufacture and sell pipe plastic processing products for automobile part manufacturers, two-wheeled vehicle manufacturers, agricultural machinery manufacturers, and so on. We conduct integrated processing by installing cutting, grinding, form rolling, and high-frequency heat treatment as in-line steps after plastic processing. We apply our technology to make proposals based on information from the customer (drawings and specifications), and offer products with reduced prices.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The three major elements of automobiles are running, stopping, and changing direction. Steering shafts (upper, lower, and intermediate) are the parts used for changing direction. We reduce the weight of steering shafts by making the shaft hollow. We also contribute to reducing the price of spline forming by introducing pressing to 1-module splines with low processing cost. Plastic processing of steel pipe material enables the without machining and integration of compound articles.

We expanded into Thailand in 1996, and established a base (factory) in Vietnam (Hanoi) in FY2013. We are currently investigating expansion to South America (including Mexico) and other countries.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Eight staff members in our sales department are handling our business in Japan. We have 55 regular clients and we are also cultivating new customers. We are expanding our overseas business in partnership with our overseas bases in countries around these bases. Our president directly takes charge of these activities for other countries.

[Market share/Ranking]
We have a share of about 70% of the domestic Japanese market for steering shafts for light four-wheeled vehicles. Our global market share is 6%.
