We produce steel and nonferrous wire products and metal parts for automobiles.

Automotive parts such as relays, seatbelts, seat recliners, and wipers for hybrid vehicles and electric vehicles account for 70% of our products. We also manufacture protective materials for optical submarine cables. We manufacture 500 tons of irregularly shaped wire products and two million units of parts per month. Our monthly output reaches 1,000 tons in total, including steel wires for cold heading. Our advantage is our integrated production of parts from materials (steel wire rods). We possess technology for manufacturing wires with irregularly shaped cross-sections. This is how we can manufacture irregularly shaped wires from materials under an integrated production system, even including irregularly shaped parts that apply irregularly shaped wires.

Deformed wires
We propose specifications to which the characteristics of our processing apply and provide optimally designed products based on specifications and functions required by users.
We process coiled iron and steel wires by means of wire drawing and rolling into deformed wires. 
We can also process nonferrous metals if they are coiled wires.

Fine cutting (sharing) of deformed wires
By utilizing deformed wires, of which we excel, and making use of the deformed metal parts that are cut with our unique cutting method, we provide advantages due to high productivity. We propose specifications to which characteristics of our processing apply and provide optimally designed products based on specifications and functions required by users.
While it is shearing work using a mold, we reduce burrs and sagging to the utmost limit. You can use our products without barreling.
Our products provide higher productivity and toughness (strength), as well as better surface texture, compared with sintered powder products and precision casting products.
Parts of deformed wires made by cold heading
By inserting deformed wires, of which we excel, into cold heading equipment, we manufacture deformed wire parts with complex shapes that are difficult to be processed from normal round wires. As such, we provide advantages due to high productivity along with the omission and lessening of processes. We propose specifications to which characteristics of our processing apply and provide optimally designed products based on specifications and functions required by users.
A continuous processing technology using cold heading equipment to cut from deformed materials with shapes similar to specific parts.
Our products provide higher productivity and toughness (strength) as well as better surface texture compared with sintered powder products and precision casting products.
Copper terminals and parts
We excel at high capacity/large terminals (copper parts) used in EV, HEV and FCV vehicles. We ensure the quality necessary for electronic parts with dry deliveries using packaging that will prevent discoloration, or through other means.
We have a quality management system that is necessary for copper electronic parts that involve highly productive technology for mass production that was established by combining cold header equipment and finishing with a NC lathe, hydrocarbon washing a hydrogen reduction furnace, 100 percent visual inspection (an automatic inspection machine, inspection of a clean booth), tray packaging, deaeration packaging, etc.

Our advantage is that we can provide integrated production from materials (steel wire rods) to parts. General part manufacturers purchase materials from manufacturers that specialize in wires. There are only a few companies that manufacture even materials by means of integrated production. We also possess the technology to manufacture wires with irregularly shaped cross-sections. This is how we can manufacture irregularly shaped wires from materials under an integrated production system, even including irregularly shaped parts that apply irregularly shaped wires.

We have recently been increasing sales of irregularly shaped metal parts mainly in the domestic Japanese market by means of proposal-type sales activities.

Our advantage is our technology to manufacture irregularly shaped wires with irregularly shaped cross-sections. We sell irregularly shaped wires (coils and bars). We also manufacture parts applying irregularly shaped wires and propose and provide parts with complicated shapes. We basically continuously produce parts from wires by plastic working. Our products feature high strength, low cost, great yield, and strong supply power.

Our corporate history began with nail manufacturing, but we have been changing our business by always keeping Monozukuri craftsmanship for the current times in mind. We now have three main businesses: (1) CH wires, (2) irregularly shaped wires, and (3) parts. Our innovative method of manufacturing parts from irregularly shaped wires is helping customers on an increasing number of occasions. We take advantage of our location in Higashiosaka to satisfy various needs that are not within our conventional businesses or that exceed the capacity of our equipment.
