[Company strength]
We have knowledge and experience of steel sheet materials accumulated since our establishment based on a stable business foundation, as well as our metal machining skills by using turret punches, 4 m shearing, 4 m benders, etc. and assembling skills by means of various types of welding. We can provide a wide range of precision sheet-metal working and canning from thin and small parts to thick and large products in cooperation with almost 700 partner companies. We were recognized as “Artisan” in the “Osaka Monozukuri Excellent Company Award”, confirming our advantage in “Monozukuri”. We are recently expanding our business into the environment and hygiene fields to respond to potential needs, for example, by developing water quality improvement and purification apparatus, and manufacturing and selling sterilization and deodorization liquid “Jokinal”. 

[Business description]
We have five departments: precision sheet-metal working, canning, machining, boilers, and environment-related products, as well as a network of approximately 700 partner companies, in addition to steel sheet material sales business. We have established a comprehensive system for handling ordered production, from material selection to final production in precision sheet-metal working and canning to respond to customer needs. We also engage in manufacturing, selling and installing our own products, i.e. bath-related equipment such as hot water heaters, filtration apparatus, and tanks. We are developing miscellaneous-material burners as environment-related products, and also manufacturing and selling sterilization and deodorization liquid “Jokinal (Hypochlorous acid water)” and water quality improvement and purification apparatus “Gurana”.

[Representative's message]
We plan to make new capital investments to bring greater convenience to our customers. We intend to develop and produce more value-added products from materials to final products by taking advantage of our small-lot and high-mix production system. We will participate in domestic exhibitions two or three times a year via our environment department to expand the sales networks of “Gurana” and “Jokinal”. Users of our environment-related products are spreading from nursing care facilities for the elderly, hospitals, etc. to hotels and the transportation industry (bus companies and taxi companies). We will continue to improve our skills and knowledge in each of our departments to provide greater safety, security and quality.

We are building our base of processes and knowledge in areas ranging from trial fabrication and in-house assembly to mass production and productization by utilizing the technology and information of reliable partner companies, in addition to our own accumulated skills and know-how.
