[Company strength]
Our company supports new business fields without regard to industry boundaries in order to achieve growth and development as an enterprise. We are working hard to conduct R&D for new products on the basis of our core technology, including springs and pressing. We are also doing R&D to develop technology and products that make use of the effective features of metals. We are actively taking on the challenge of difficult issues such as preserving the environment as a pioneer in technology and development strategy. Our efforts are based on our study of customer needs and technology trends, which we have accumulated by making full use of our network. We think it is our company's mission to commercialize such challenges in a speedy manner, together with considering effective manufacturing methods.

[Business description]
We started our business as a manufacturer specialized in springs. We have expanded our business to areas such as precision pressing, sheet metal, assembly, and precision dies according to the needs of the times and technological evolution in society. We manufacture custom-made metal parts for smartphones, tablet terminals, cellular phones, and OA equipment (compound machines and printers). We conduct integrated handling from parts design to die manufacturing, pressing, coil spring forming, grinding, thermal treatment, washing, quality assurance, product management, and physical distribution. We constantly work hard to achieve product development and production with customers as a proposal-type enterprise based on the technological power we have accumulated so far.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We excel at manufacturing precision products for special uses, such as smartphones, tablet terminals, and cellular phones. We can support dimensional tolerance and the flatness with accuracy on the order of 1/100 of a millimeter. We also have an extensive track record with contact terminal parts that require delicate loads. We also possess drawing processing know-how based on our R&D, as well as our accumulated results and experience. We are confident that we can respond to various requests.

Every staff member in our company continues to work toward technological improvement through their ambition and passion for the work. This is how we can continuously provide high-value-added products with short delivery times according to customer requests. In the future it will become important to successfully match high-technology equipment, human beings, and our precious environment and nature. The effort to create excellent products by fusing metal working technology with the latest electronics is becoming important, to say nothing of supporting needs for the products themselves. We hope to work even harder to contribute to customers in a wide range of fields.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have established a new development business unit so that we can also actively participate in technological examinations from the planning stage. We can support customers immediately in order to contribute to developing innovative products. We also accurately manage a product lineup including tens of thousands of items and maintain a system for stably supplying them. We will also provide sincere support for high-mix low-volume production. We can ship our products everywhere.

[Joint research and development]
We have developed a progressive die that can simultaneously achieve high rigidity and thinning. It was realized by improving press technology that enables processing of difficult-to-process materials such as stainless steel plates for high tensile springs.
