HIBIKI SEIKI Corporation
We offer high-quality, high-precision compound machining using lathes and machining centers.
We manufacture precision parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and aerospace-related articles. We conduct high-precision, high-quality compound precision machining using lathes and machining machines. We have acquired certification under the JIS Q 9100 management system standard for the aerospace industry and realized thorough quality assurance. We are strong in the in-house development of original jigs and tools. This makes it possible for us to process difficult-to-machine materials and complicated shapes, and reduces costs. We have established a management system in which a master craftsman’s know-how is transferred to the younger generation, and efficiency and correctness are fully pursued. We can thoroughly carry out cost reduction and quality control under such a management system. We can also support urgent orders that need extremely quick delivery.

[Industry] the aerospace industry & semiconductor industryAerospace and semiconductors [Strength of products/technologies] We are strong in the in-house development of original jigs and tools. This makes it possible for us to process difficult-to-machine materials and complicated shapes, and reduces costs. Our technical development support team is composed of staff members who are expert craftsmen. This team is involved in research on how to perform quick processing with stable quality, and feeds back the results to the on-site manufacturing line. [Representative's message] We have been making investments to realize our entry to the aircraft industry and established a second factory as a new production base. In this second factory we carry out process integration and automation by introducing highly precise, highly efficient compound processing machines and 5-axis processing machines. As a consequence of our equipment improvements, we have a strong interest in the trend of links between medical science and engineering and state-of-the-art technologies. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We have assigned staff in charge of new transactions as the point of contact to provide quick support for inquiries from customers on prices, delivery times, and technical matters.
